Vivek earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, graduating with an Intellectual Property Certificate with Honors. He holds a B.A. in Political Science with an emphasis in Public Law from the University of California, Irvine. After many years in San Francisco, he now resides in Santa Monica, California.
