Mariam works with entrepreneurs and business owners as their companies grow, helping them navigate increasing complexity and make informed decisions with confidence. She is particularly focused on supporting clients through periods of growth and transition, where the right legal guidance can prevent issues before they arise.

Her practice bridges transactional and dispute-related matters, giving her a practical perspective on how problems develop - and how to avoid them. Mariam advises on entity formation, contracts, and business operations, and helps clients address risks early so they are not caught off guard later.

Clients value her thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach and her ability to bring clarity to complex situations. She is known for being responsive, steady, and focused on practical outcomes that support her clients’ long-term goals.

Before joining Bend Law Group, Mariam advised clients on employment law matters at a boutique California firm. She earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she received a CALI Award in Intellectual Property Seminar and an Intellectual Property Certificate with Honors. She also holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley.

Outside of work, Mariam enjoys hiking Bay Area trails and catching live music - always in search of new perspectives and inspiration.
