He leads the firm’s internal systems and processes, helping ensure that attorneys and staff have the support they need to deliver high-quality, timely service. His work allows the team to move quickly without bottlenecks while maintaining the level of care and attention clients expect.

With a background in both tech and creative industries, Hank brings a unique combination of organization, empathy, and communication to his role. Before joining the firm, he served as a site coordinator at a fast-paced Bay Area startup focused on teaching kids to code, and earlier in his career worked as a copywriter and editor at an award-winning San Francisco creative agency.

Hank earned his degree in Creative Writing from San Francisco State University. He lives in Marin County with his wife, their two kids, and their dog Gizmo. Outside of work, he enjoys live music, films, and everything nerdy.
