Hank Brown keeps the wheels turning at Bend Law Group. As Operations Manager, he ensures that the client experience is seamless, the team is supported and the firm runs with efficiency and heart. From onboarding new clients to refining internal processes, Hank plays a vital role in creating the thoughtful, responsive service Bend Law Group is known for.

With a background in both tech and creative industries, Hank brings a rare blend of organization, empathy and storytelling to his work. Before joining the firm, he served as a site coordinator at a fast-paced Bay Area startup focused on teaching kids to code, and earlier in his career worked as a copywriter and editor at an award-winning San Francisco creative agency.

Hank earned his degree in Creative Writing from San Francisco State University. He lives in beautiful Marin County with his wife, their two kids and dog Gizmo. Outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying live music, films and everything nerdy.
