She focuses on serving early-stage startups, AI companies and nonprofits, navigating formation, funding and growth with clarity and confidence. Known for her responsiveness and ability to translate legal language into clear, actionable advice, Alyssa is a trusted partner to clients building something new.

Before becoming an attorney, Alyssa worked as a paralegal in Silicon Valley, where she provided IP support to product teams at fast-paced tech companies. She earned her J.D. from UC Davis School of Law and interned at the Sacramento Municipal Utility District, where she advised on regulatory and environmental issues. She also holds a B.A. in English Literature from UC Davis.

A Northern California native, Alyssa now lives in the Bay Area with her husband, Andrei, and their corgi, Merryweather—who joins them on many of their California adventures.
