As the Director of Client Services, Alexandria supports clients from their very first interaction with the firm through the early stages of their legal matters and beyond. She guides clients through onboarding, clarifies each step of the formation process, and ensures they feel confident and cared for as their matters progress.  Whether she’s coordinating communication, organizing complex filings, tracking deadlines, or helping clients navigate what comes next, Alexandria brings a calm, meticulous presence to every stage of the client experience.

Before joining the firm, Alexandria served as an Operational Supervisor for a previous employer, where she oversaw daily workflows, strengthened team coordination, and led the onboarding and training of new hires. This experience sharpened her ability to manage complex processes, support staff development, and build systems that keep fast-moving environments running smoothly—skills she draws on every day in her client-focused leadership.

With a background in sociology from California State University, Sacramento, Alexandria brings a strong foundation in communication, systems thinking, and client care.  Her earlier work supporting underserved communities through the Head Start program and Girls on the Run continues to inform her grounded, compassionate approach.

Outside of work, Alexandria enjoys reading, practicing yoga, traveling with loved ones, and hiking with her dog.
