Alexandria Torres

As Director of Client Services, Alexandria Torres plays a central role in shaping the firm’s client experience from the very first interaction through the early stages of representation. She oversees client intake and onboarding, helping ensure that new matters begin with clarity, organization, and a high level of care. Working closely with attorneys and staff, Alexandria coordinates communication, manages engagement and trust processes, and supports the systems that allow the firm to serve clients efficiently and thoughtfully.

In her role, Alexandria helps maintain the structure and consistency behind the firm’s client service operations. She oversees the opening of new matters, manages engagement documentation and trust coordination, and works with the team to ensure that each client’s introduction to the firm is seamless and well supported. She also assists in managing referral relationships and client communication channels, helping the firm maintain strong connections within its professional network and community.

Alexandria brings more than six years of experience working at a medical malpractice law firm, where she supported complex litigation matters and developed a deep understanding of legal workflows, client communication, and case coordination. That experience gave her valuable insight into the demands of high stakes legal work and strengthened her ability to navigate detailed processes while maintaining a strong client focused approach.

Prior to joining the firm, Alexandria served as an Operational Supervisor where she oversaw daily workflows, strengthened team coordination, and led the onboarding and training of new hires. In that role she developed a strong foundation in operational organization, process improvement, and team support, skills she continues to apply in helping the firm maintain efficient and responsive client service systems.

Alexandria holds a degree in Sociology from California State University, Sacramento. Her academic background supports her thoughtful approach to communication, systems thinking, and relationship building. Earlier in her career, she worked with underserved communities through the Head Start program and Girls on the Run, experiences that continue to inform her grounded and compassionate perspective.

Outside of work, Alexandria enjoys reading, practicing yoga, traveling with loved ones, and hiking with her dog.
